Shari Fanelli, LPC, ATR
INTAKE DIRECTOR & TF-CBT COORDINATOR

Shari attended Springfield College, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Art Education with a Minor in Art Therapy, and Master of Science in Clinical Art Therapy.  She holds her National Registration in Arts Therapy (ATR) and Connecticut License in Professional Counseling (LPC).  Shari joined CGC as a Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) clinician in May of 2010. Since that time she has served as MDFT Program Director and Office Director at Domus Trailblazers Academy Since 2016, Shari has been the Intake Director and in 2018 became the TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) Program Coordinator where she manages the Intake Department including all case assignments and provides and supervises trauma focused therapy practices. Prior to coming to CGC, Shari worked for five years at St. Luke’s Home Based and Community Services Waiver program providing art therapy groups and in-home services to children and their families who were at risk of needing out-of-home placements due to their mental health needs.
