Kate Haviland
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Prior to joining CGC, Ms. Haviland had over twenty years of non-profit experience in development, strategy and program management. She served for nine years as the Director of Advancement at The Unquowa School in Fairfield. Before that, she was the Executive Director of a microfinance nonprofit, and Associate Director for Crisis Services at the Center for Family Justice, both in Bridgeport. With additional experience in substance abuse prevention, foster care and teaching in the South Bronx, Ms. Haviland is committed to CGC’s mission of supporting vulnerable children, teens and their families. She earned her BA in Psychology from Temple University.
