CGC is honored to welcome Anita Kasdan, LMSW to our team as Director of Quality Improvement and Outcomes. In this role, Ms. Kasdan is responsible for working with our clinical teams and senior leadership, guiding and evaluating performance improvement activities, ensuring program efficiency, and driving improved outcomes for the children and families we serve.
Before joining CGC, Ms. Kasdan served as the Quality Improvement Manager at Norwalk Hospital, overseeing the Hospital’s quality improvement, patient safety, and patient experience programs and activities. She has held previous quality improvement positions at Healthfirst, St. Vincent’s Medical Center, and Value Options, and spent five years as a clinician working with children and adolescents. In addition to her LMSW, Ms. Kasdan is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ). She received her B.A. from Binghamton University and her MSW from Washington University in St. Louis.
