Open Access Clinic provides immediate triage and intake evaluation for new/returning clients.  Services offered include a comprehensive assessment during which initial recommendations and referrals, as clinically indicated, will be provided the day of this initial appointment. 

All clients coming for Open Access Clinic should arrive between the hours listed below. Cases will be triaged in the order of arrival/collection of paperwork. Legal Guardian must present valid photo identification and current insurance card of child. Child/Legal Guardian must remain present for duration of assessment.
